    Julie is a passionate, motivated and dedicated Owners Corporation Manager and has developed a reputation as a highly trusted, transparent and sought-after Owners Corporation Manager. Her knowledge of high rise buildings and legal requirements puts her in great stead to excel as manager of any type of development.

Kingston Management Group offers the ability to contact our staff directly 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergencies instead of an after hours call centre who do not know your building as intimately as the actual Manager. 

  • Management

    Kingston Management Group (KMG) is a boutique company and strive to remain boutique with a limited availability of how many buildings we will take on, as we don’t ever want to compromise our service and overload staff for our loyal owners who only want Kingston Management Group to act as their Managers into the future. We are overstaffed in comparison to other companies who would manage the same amount of lots and that’s the way we like it.

  • Maintenance

    All maintenance issues are recorded on a task list, documented and followed up by the appropriate person and checked every week at staff meeting to ensure the items are actioned in a timely manner.

    All queries are answered as soon as phone contact is made. We also have phone logs that all staff use when a call is answered. Calls are directed to the appropriate staff member or owners corporation manager.
